Anti-Updated, non-GPS-locating, greedy

Ive had this app for some time. Ive known it to want $ before actually trying to present any information. Any feature you need, pay $1-3 per use, each time. Open it, no gps, shows me NYC. I last used this at Fort Knox 2 years ago trying to find actual cell towers, configuring best areas to set up cellular hot spots and avoid interference from on-post radio transmitters. Even then, 1,000 miles from where I am now, it only worked as a peek; it opened up and showed you your immediate vicinity and a bunch of icons for various alleged towers that did not correspond with reality. To specifically look at anything, anywhere, on whatever map cost $$. I would pay a few dollars for this app if it werent riddled with add-on, in-app purchases for anything you want to do or see other than just turning on the app! Im deleting it, now. I hope it changes and becomes a bit more stable and a lot less greedy. - Major P, US Army.
