False data?

Im not sure where they source their data... but I live in an undeveloped but planned community. There are no houses around our block for about a six block radius, so I have a great 360 view. Yet all the streets are built so I can locate easily on a map. There are no towers built in these empty lots... yet this app says there are plenty all around me. Basically ghost towers - the app says they exist but theres nothing there. No way would I trust information from this app.
